Now that spring appears to have finally sprung, we have some amazing upcoming events weeks coming up through mid-April 2018.
Today is St. Patrick’s Day March 17th – DON’T FORGET TO WEAR GREEN! If you are in Penticton, there is a St. Patrick’s Day event at the Kettle Valley Station Pub on March 17th. Please see the event listed. Or if you are in Oliver, Firehall Brewery has a special concert happening. Get the full details here.
Also on St. Patrick’s Day, the CAMRA BC AGM is on March 17th in Powell River, BC from 1-3 pm at McKinney’s Pub, 6251 Yew Street, Powell River, all CAMRA members are welcome.
Kick off Okanagan Fest of Ale with a special educational session hosted by Joe Wiebe, author of the book, the Craft Beer Revolution. Joe will be presenting on the history of beer on April 12th at Bad Tattoo Brewing. The event is here on facebook. Do you want to learn more about beer? 2 courses are available from Okanagan College – Craft Beer Appreciation and Advanced Beer Appreciation.
CAMRA members are invited to participate in the Industry portion of Okanagan Fest of Ale on Friday April 13th from 1-3pm. If you would like to participate, you’ll need to RSVP here…. and you’ll need to show your CAMRA membership card and a paid for ticket for the Fest of Ale for either Friday or Saturday.
